This bar in downtown Miami’s entertainment district was opened by Graspa Group partner Daniele Dalla Pola, who hails from Italy and is known for his skills as a mixologist. The menu features 230 varieties of rum. The bar’s signature cocktail, called the King Tamoko, can cost upwards of $95 and is served in an Elvis head mug.

Volcanos & Social Cocktails serve 2-8 people

Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or just want to celebrate the start of summer with a tropical cocktail, Volcanos & Social Cocktails is the place to go. The menu features original creations inspired by tiki cocktail history, as well as limited edition mugs. There are also sections dedicated to Negronis, gin and tonics, mocktails, and more. For example, you can order a DDP Nu Mai Tai (made with Bacardi Carta Negra rum, Trois Rivieres Ambre Rum, and passion fruit).

The bar is located at 1600 NE First Ave., and is set up to resemble an old Polynesian tiki bar. Decor is brightly colored with tropical flowers, and lush greenery ties the decor together. The restaurant is also outfitted with a patio and potted plants. You can enjoy cocktails while you watch the flames and enjoy the tropical atmosphere.

The menu also features a Volcano Bowl, which is served in a bowl filled with several different types of rum. The drink comes with flames to add to the tropical experience.
